Scammers often attack during times of crisis. Some often contact utility customers threatening to disconnect services without immediate payment. As you know, OMU has temporarily discontinued disconnection for non-pay.  OMU will never ask for vital personal information over the phone and will only take credit card information when you want to pay by phone.
