Following an examination of our system and a review of installation and replacement records, we do not anticipate any lead-related issues. We have also inspected our water distribution system to confirm and verify our initial findings in accordance with guidance from the Kentucky Division of Water.
In this inspection conducted by our Water Quality Team, we found zero out of the 377 randomly selected service lines were lead in our service area. Therefore, we are 95% confident fewer than 1% of the unknown service lines are lead. (Service lines are those lines that extend from the meter into a home or business.)
