The OMU Community Cares Program helps local residents facing financial hardships to maintain essential utility services. Through a partnership with the Salvation Army, customer donations are combined with OMU’s annual contribution to create a dedicated assistance fund that supports those in our community when they need it most.
There are several ways to give:
- Make a one-time donation with your utility payment
- Add a fixed donation amount to your monthly bill
- Round your bill up to the nearest dollar
The fund is administered by the Salvation Army, and contributions may be tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for details.
