Routine flushing of OMU water system to begin Monday, October 25
Owensboro Municipal Utilities crews will be conducting the utility’s semi-annual water line flush for city customers starting October 25. The flushing is expected to take approximately one week. In its regular meeting on Thursday, September 16, the OMU Utility Commission approved the doubling of internet speeds for almost all OMUfibernet customers at no additional cost.
