The Owensboro Utility Commission will hold a special meeting at 11:30 a.m. in place of the September regular meetings scheduled the first and third Thursdays of each month. All meetings are held in the board room on the third floor of the Customer Service Center located on Tamarack Road. These meetings are open to the public.
