BANKING SERVICES
Owensboro Municipal Utilities (“OMU”) is seeking proposals for Banking Services to be available for the term of this proposal from qualified full service banks. Qualifying financial institutions shall be incorporated under the laws of the United States, shall have headquarters located in the continental United States and at least one (1) branch located within the Owensboro city limits, and shall be well capitalized according to FDIC rules and regulations concerning capital requirements.
