Beginning in October, Owensboro Municipal Utilities customers may notice a new and improved design for their Combined Services Billing Statement.
The new look is designed to be easier to read and provide additional information that is useful for you as a customer. For instance, a colorful graph provides a breakdown of the billing charges and graphs give you helpful information when reviewing your water and electric consumption over the last year.
The back of your statement includes an explanation of each of the charges on your bill. In addition, it offers information about payment options, a form for credit/debit card payment by mail and a QR code that will take you directly to helpful information on our website.
