Report outages, receive updates via your mobile phone
OMU will launch an enhanced electric service management system in the next few months. This system will allow customers to report outages via text and receive updates via their mobile phone.
In preparation for the launch, we ask that customers update their mobile number associated with their home or business account. This step is required to ensure you are able to receive and report information specific to your home or business.
Those providing a mobile phone number between July 1 and August 15 will be eligible for a drawing for one of three $100 OMU Gift Certificates.
