Update: Due to strong storms and heavy rain, the Hillcrest area project is postponed.
Customers in the Hillcrest area may notice a decrease in water pressure beginning at 3 p.m. today.
A car struck a nearby pole in the Kenergy service territory earlier today. Repairs to this pole will affect, for a short period of time, water pumping stations in this area. The work is expected to take up to three hours. Water quality personnel are carefully monitoring the situation and updates will be provided. An interruption in water service is not anticipated, but customers may experience decreased pressure.
