Owensboro Municipal Utilities (OMU) has increased internet speeds for its residential customers, providing faster connectivity while keeping monthly prices the same.
The increased speeds are part of OMU’s continued efforts to provide reliable, high-quality internet service and greater value to the Owensboro community.
Under the updated service levels, OMU Internet customers now have access to:
- Basic: 500 Megabits — $49.99 per month
- Advanced: 1 Gigabit — $69.99 per month
- Premium: 2 Gigabits — $99.99 per month
OMU Internet is available citywide. The updated speeds provide customers with greater capacity for the growing number of connected devices in today’s homes, including streaming, gaming, video conferencing, working and learning from home, and other everyday online activities.
