Each year OMU and the City of Owensboro Neighborhood Alliances sponsor a Holiday Lighting Contest for our customers. This year we had 14 qualifying entries. Entries must be OMU customers.
We are pleased to announce that the home of Carol and David Ralph are the winners of this year’s competition. The Ralphs were recognized at today’s Utility Commission meeting. Their home is located at 2706 Redford Drive.
For their hard work, they received a lighted sign to place in their yard, a $250 OMU gift certificate, and bragging rights.
Houses are judged on use of lights, creativity, and overall presentation.
We also want to expression to all of homes that were nominated. As always, it is was a difficult decision. There are so many creative and talented people in our community!
