Scammers are often able to spoof phone numbers and may call in on a line that appears to be from OMU. When in doubt, hang up with the caller, call 270-926-3200 and talk to an OMU customer service representative about your account. Do not provide personal or account information over the phone. OMU does not accept payment through third parties such as Wal-Mart. Please make any payments directly to OMU by calling, visiting our website or our office.
