At its monthly meeting on Thursday, February 19, the Owensboro Utility Commission approved the launching of a pilot program to test the feasibility of fiber to the home internet services for residential customers.
The pilot area, generally defined, will include the Town & Country subdivision and will begin in fall 2015.
